Background

Notarec is a company specializing in HR consulting that helps organizations develop their people management. One of Notarec’s core services is the HR Health Check: a systematic analysis of the current state of an organization’s people management, identifying strengths and determining what to focus on next.

Notarec has strong expertise and a clear vision of what a quality HR Health Check requires. The next step was to bring that expertise into digital form: to build a tool that supports the consultant’s work, standardizes the process, and enables scaling the service - without compromising Notarec’s quality.

Solution

Notarec partnered with Ikoni to build a browser-based, AI-powered platform to support the HR Health Check.

Ikoni was responsible for architecture design, technology selection, and technical implementation. Notarec brought deep HR expertise to the project and defined what the tool needed to actually work in a consultant’s daily practice. The platform serves as Notarec consultants’ own work environment throughout the entire Health Check process. The form guides through the Health Check step by step, shows real-time progress, and keeps all responses stored systematically. Notarec’s brand colors and visual identity make the experience professional for both the consultant and the client.

AI-assisted reporting

When the Health Check is complete, AI supports the consultant in analysis and report compilation. The consultant guides the process, makes interpretations, and finalizes the report - AI handles the heavy groundwork, so the expert’s time can be used where it creates the most value. The result is a structured, professional report that carries the stamp of Notarec’s expertise.
